NZ shipping

Purchases within New Zealand over $100 qualify for free shipping, simply use the code ‘FREESHIPPING’ when checking out.

For purchases under $100 there is a $6.50 charge.
Items are delivered through New Zealand Courier Post and they will require a signature on delivery. 

*While we trust New Zealand Courier Post will deliver on time as above we cannot be held responsible for courier delays do to events such as weather or other unforeseen delays. We do not provide refunds based on the late arrival of parcel.

Australian Shipping

Shipping is free to Australia for purchases over $500.
Any orders under $500 incur a $25 charge.

Please allow up to 6 days for delivery.

International shipping

Shipping is free for purchases over $500. Anything under $500 there is a $50 charge.

 *All international shipping is processed through New Zealand Post Track and Trace. This will take between 5-10 days to be delivered. This time frame does not allow for customs clearance, which can vary between countries. 

All customs fees, duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We accept no responsibility for additional costs that may be charged when the item enters the country.  Your local customs office should be able to provide you with an estimate of cost.

Returns

Please feel free to get in touch have any queries before finalising your purchase, I am more than happy to help in any way.

Please note made to order and other custom pieces may not be eligible for a return and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to return your item please email enquiries@rhodanunn.com within 7-days of receiving your product to organise a return.
Returns are to be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Rhoda Nunn will not cover these shipping costs.

Items must be in original condition for a return to be considered.
